Under this header we publish detailed dendrochronological studies as response to technical questions we have got.

The first three studies are in-depth discussions related to our recent (rejected) manuscript Dendrochronological dating of Roman time.
The chronologies mentioned are described in that paper, and the data is found here.

The detail studies are:

• About interspecies teleconnections - part 1 about the match of an absolute Danish oak chronology against the supra-long Scandinavian pine curves. This part contains a validation of the TorneTräsk chronology, which would contradict the claim of Mann et  al. that this curve has missing rings due to volcanic forcing.
• About interspecies teleconnections - part 2 about the match of the European Roman oak complex against the supra-long Scandinavian pine curves.
• Links with 218-years-shift in European oak chronologies about the appearance of the 218-years-shift in some regional European oak chronologies.
